1.1 To use 55mbw's services, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be physically located in the Republic of the Philippines; (c) not be a self-excluded player or a person on any exclusion list maintained by 55mbw or PAGCOR; (d) have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
1.2 Age Verification. 55mbw employs age verification procedures at registration and before processing the first withdrawal. Providing false information about your age to circumvent these controls is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable Philippine law.
1.3 Employee Restriction. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of 55mbw and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the platform.
1.4 55mbw reserves the right to request additional proof of identity, age, or location at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

3.2 Currency. All transactions on 55mbw are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the player.
3.3 Withdrawal Processing. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts are processed within 30 minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days. 55mbw does not impose withdrawal fees on players; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction charges.
3.4 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. This policy exists as an anti-money laundering control.
3.5 Incomplete Transactions. 55mbw is not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers, banking infrastructure downtime, or circumstances outside 55mbw's reasonable control. 3.6 Anti-Money Laundering. 55mbw complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. Transactions that trigger AML thresholds or exhibit suspicious patterns may be subject to additional verification, delay, or reporting to relevant authorities without prior notice to the player.
4.1 All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional credits offered by 55mbw are subject to specific Terms and Conditions detailed in the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific Terms and these general Terms, the more specific Terms shall prevail.
4.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. 4.5 55mbw reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
5.1 Random Number Generators. All RNG-based games at 55mbw — including slots, video poker, and virtual table games — use independently certified Random Number Generators. Game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by 55mbw or any player.
5.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, 55mbw reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the player's balance. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is a standard principle applied at 55mbw.
5.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) managed by trained dealers under studio supervision. Disputes regarding live dealer outcomes must be submitted within 24 hours of the game round in question.

7.3 55mbw does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your express consent.
8.1 55mbw is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all its players. The platform provides the following tools, accessible from your account dashboard at no cost:
8.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and result in the immediate suspension of all access to the 55mbw platform, including marketing communications. Self-exclusions cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 55mbw shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss; (b) losses arising from a player's reliance on inaccurate game information or odds; (c) interruptions in service caused by third-party providers, internet infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.
9.2 55mbw's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with a single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by 55mbw's own negligence, to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by Philippine law.
10.1 55mbw reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
10.2 Funds Upon Termination. Where an account is closed due to a player's own request or 55mbw's routine business decision (not involving fraud or breach), any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5–10 business days after completion of all pending verifications.
10.3 Where an account is terminated due to material breach of these Terms, including fraud, 55mbw reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Any funds identified as proceeds of fraudulent activity may be forfeited.
11.1 Dispute Resolution Process. If you believe a game outcome or transaction was processed incorrectly, you must submit a formal dispute to 55mbw support within 72 hours of the relevant event. Include your account username, the game or transaction ID, the date and time, and a clear description of the issue. 55mbw will investigate and respond within 10 business days.
11.2 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with 55mbw's resolution, you may escalate the dispute to PAGCOR through its established player complaint process. 55mbw will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated review.
11.3 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be brought before the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
